Our Mission

It is the Mission of Gardens of Grace to:

1. Create awareness about the scope and the consequences of foetal, infant, and youth loss for families, supporters, and carers, through the development and dissemination of better evidence, information, and educational material.

2. Advocate for the better support of individuals and families who are suffering from the consequences of miscarriage, stillbirth, pregnancy loss, and infant and youth loss.

3. Work with communities of interest – including individuals, civil society organizations, healthcare individuals and institutions, and policy bodies and government – to develop improved and more consistent mechanisms for comfort and support.

In acting to support these three major strands, Gardens of Grace will pursue a range of projects and fund-raising campaigns, and it hopes the result will be to encourage solidarity with bereaved families, and to foster a stronger sense of community.
